Our qualified team takes a sensitive, personalized approach with the number one priority of saving your property.
If you have more than one debt to pay, and are feeling overwhelmed, we can roll multiple debts into one single and easy payment. This can work if your debt isn't excessive, you have good credit and a plan to keep your debt in check.
If you have a loan that is too expensive or too risky to live with, you can refinance for a better loan by shifting your debt or finding a way to improve your loan terms. You could save money by receiving lower interest rates or arranging lower payments, or by shortening or extending loan terms, or changing your loan type where possible.
If all you need is a little more time, we can freeze loan payments or put a hold on delinquency penalties for specific times to ease your immediate financial burden until you are back on track. If you are unable to pay your loan, you can voluntarily deliver the vehicle to us. We hold vehicles with delinquent loans for up to 30 days, before it qualifies for resale, until the outstanding sums are paid.
