In response to the government's latest announcement regarding new "shelter in place" requirements, the Credit Union branches on Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac will re-open for limited hours of operation on Saturday, 28 March 2020 from 9AM- 1PM. This schedule will continue daily, Monday-Friday, for as long as deemed necessary and we will continue to keep you informed on all changes.
We would like to remind Members that these limited hours of operation are for essential financial services ONLY. Our ATM also remains available. Otherwise, a limited number of staff will attend to all other inquiries by phone and email. The essential services that we will attend to during this time are listed below.
Hours of Operation
9AM - 10AM: Elderly and immune-compromised ONLY
10AM - 1PM: General Membership
1. ATM card request.
For Members that need to request a new or replacement ATM card, we've established a temporary process to address this. Please see detailed instructions here.
2. Loan Top-up Applications
Members with existing Xpress and Overdraft loans my submit Top-up applications by email. Please access to details on applications here.
3. Xpress Loan Applications
Members may submit applications for an Xrpess loan, which is a small loan up to $15,000 over a 3 year repayment terms. Please email the Loans Dept for instructions on how to apply.
4. Transfers from shares account to savings account
Please email the Member Services team to initiate this request.
5. Online Funds Transfer
This is to initiate loan payments or deposits from another bank to the Credit Union. A member may use the online funds transfer system from the other bank. The instructions are found here.

We have also placed drop-boxes in the front lobby where Members can quickly drop-off documents as directed by our team.
