Adjusted In-branch Hours Starting 23 March 2020

As we've continued to monitor the COVID-19 situation in our community, we've determined that it is necessary to take additional measures to protect the health and safety of our Members and staff by limiting the number of hours for face-to-face, in-branch transactions. Therefore, we will adjust our in-branch hours of operation starting 23 March 2020. They are as follows:

 

 

GRAND CAYMAN: Monday - Friday
8AM - 9AM: Elderly/Immune Compromised ONLY
9AM - 3PM: General Membership

CAYMAN BRAC: Monday - Friday
9AM - 11:30AM & 12:30PM - 3PM

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We hope to minimize disruptions, so we encourage Members to reach out to us by email or phone as our staff will continue to be available until 5PM to assist with your financial requirements.

Our ATM will continue to be available and should a member need to stop by to drop off a necessary document, we have provided drop boxes in the front lobby. These are securely monitored and frequently emptied. Our Member Services and Loans Teams will diligently attend to all document received and contact Members directly if necessary.
