Since our founding in 1976, The Credit Union has over 16,000 member-owners.
Each year, our membership elects candidates for open positions in each area from a ballot of qualified individuals.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors governs the CICSA Co-operative Credit Union: a group of Credit Union members that serve voluntarily to guide and sustain our organisation and represent their fellow members' interests.
The Credit Committee has overall responsibility for the Loan Portfolio and Credit Administration of the organisation, guided by the Credit Policy laid down by the Board of Directors and Committee Members.
The Supervisory Committee is charged with the responsibility of being the Internal Audit Committee of the Credit Union for and on behalf of the members. The primary purpose of the audit committee is to provide oversight of the financial reporting process, the audit process, the company's system of internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations.
Nominees are elected by their fellow credit union members elect nominees at the Annual General Meeting each year in November.
